Device managementManage data and software on your device.Remote configurationnetwork serviceSelect Menu > Connectivity > Device mgr..You can connect to a server and receive configurationsettings for your device. You may receive server profilesand different configuration settings from your networkoperator, service providers, and company informationmanagement department. Configuration settings mayinclude connection and other settings used by differentapplications in your device. Available options may vary.The remote configuration connection is usually started bythe server when the device settings need to be updated.Remote configuration settingsIn the Device mgr. main view, select Options and selectfrom the following:• Disable config. — Select to stop receivingconfiguration settings from all servers for which youhave a server profile.• View log — View the configuration log of the selectedprofile.Data synchronizationMenu > Connectivity > Sync.Use Sync to synchronize your contacts, calendar, or noteswith corresponding applications on a compatiblecomputer or remote Internet server. Yoursynchronization settings are saved in a synchronizationprofile. The application uses SyncML technology forremote synchronization.
