Contacts in your address book are automaticallysynchronized with your address book in Outlook or Lotus Notes,providing you with the latest, most accurate contact information. Forexample, if you change a contact address in Outlook or Lotus Notes,your handheld contact is updated too. The same is true if you add ordelete a contact.Note: Your Pocket Outlook Contacts are not used with GoodMessaging but they remain on your handheld.On most handhelds, phone features such as Speed Dial use GoodMessaging contacts.Note: This phone-specific information in this section does notapply if you are using a WiFi-only handheld.The address book contains the following types of folders containingcontacts:• All - Lists all contacts, personal and shared.• Personal Contacts - Lists all personal contacts, includingdistribution lists, synchronized with your Outlook or LotusNotes account.• Company History - Lists all recent recipients of email from youand all those who have recently sent you email, if they arelisted in your organization’s Global Address List (GAL).
