Network problem.The SCART connection has beenmade wrong or your TV has notselected the correct AV/EXTchannel.The cable network is not properlyconnected to the Mediamaster.There is no digital transmission.The system is not connected bySCART leads.The system is RF connected butthe TV is not tuned to its channelfor digital cable TV.The system is connected by RFleads and the output channel of theMediamaster interferes with anexisting terrestrial channel or videosignal.The signal to your network may beweak.Wrong Network ID numberThe system is connected by SCARTleads and the TV is not in AV/EXTmode.The system is connected by RFleads and the TV is not set to thechannel tuned for digital cable TV.What to doCheck that the mains cable isplugged in to the power socket.Press the standby button or anynumber button to bring theMediamaster out of standby mode.Put the Mediamaster into standbymode and check if the reception ofanalogue channels is OK.Set the TV to its appropriate AVinput. If your system is connectedonly by RF leads, set your TV tothat channel you have tuned fordigital cableTV.Check SCART connections, makingsure leads are firmly pushed intothe sockets. Try manually selectingthe AV/EXT channel on your TV.Check the cable network connec-tor.Check if you can see the analoguechannels.Check that the digital transmissionis available in the network.The TV Release function (0) willonly work for SCART connectedsystems.Change the Mediamaster outputchannel to a more suitable channelbetween 21-69. Or connect thesystem by SCART leads.Try retuning your Mediamaster,following the relevant steps in thismanual. If you are still missingchannels, contact your cableoperator. They will check this foryou.If the system is connected bySCART leads, switch the TV toappropriate AV input.If the system is connected by RFleads, switch the TV to the channelfor digital cable TV. If you have notmanually tuned in the TV you maydo this first. Please look in the TVmanaul for instructions. You canalso change the RF-channel in theMediamaster. See TV settings.
