GB 12Antenna configurationIn order to configure your equipment (satellite dish and LNB) youwill need to use the following menus.The LNB is the unit that is mounted on the satellite dish. Forthe following setup procedure you have to know the frequencyvalid for your LNB(s).If you have a single satellite dish equipped with 1 LNB:The line with the alternative “One antenna/LNB for THOR” ishighlighted. As this is the most common alternative and you knowyou are going to watch transmissions from THOR, all you haveto do is to press the OK button.However, if you have another combination, select an alternativefrom any of the other lines.Please note that THOR, ASTRA and HOTBIRD all have a prepro-grammed channel, which is a great help when you are adjustingthe dish towards one of those satellites.Pressing OK from any of the lines with named satellites will re-sult in the menu to the right coming up on the screen.The first line will show the name of the satellite.On line “LNB Frequency”, select the frequency alternative thatis valid for your LNB.The alternatives are: “Universal” (which is the most common),“DiSEqC”, “9.750”, “10.000”, “10.050”, “10.750”, “11.200”,“11.475”, “5.150” and also a possibility to enter another alter-native with the number buttons on the remote control.Proceed to headline ”Dish adjustment” on the next page.Language and Country selectionSelect the desired language. This will define the language shownin the menus. It will also select this language as the main lan-guage in case more than one is transmitted for talk and subtitlingin movies.If your receiver is equipped with a telephone modem, you will alsoget a menu from where you must select the Country where thereceiver is installed.The Welcome MenuTo install the Mediamaster properly you have to perform a fewsettings. You will always be guided by the information in themenus.When you have finished the setup procedure you can start watch-ing TV channels and listen to Radio channels.Push the button on the remote control to start the Media-master from stand-by position.The “Welcome Menu” will now appear on the TV screen.Press the OK button to proceed.Basic Settings
