This option isautomatically set to Normal if the account type is IMAP4.Security—Specify a security setting for the server connectionfor incoming e-mail messages.Incoming e-mail port—Enter the port number of theincoming e-mail server. Normally you do not have tochange the default value.Outgoing pageSMTP authentication—Select the authentication method forthe SMTP server. Some SMTP servers require that the useris authenticated before e-mail can be sent.User name—Enter your user name for the SMTP server. Bydefault, your device displays the user name you have enteredfor the incoming server in E-mail account setup 2/4.Password—Enter your password for the SMTP server.By default, your device displays the password you haveentered for the incoming server in E-mail account setup 2/4.Security—Specify a security setting for the server connectionfor outgoing e-mail messages.Outgoing e-mail port—Enter the port number of theoutgoing e-mail server. Using this optionrequires a certificate that authenticates your identity andverifies to the recipient that the message is from you.Display security indication for:—Select the situations inwhich the security indication is displayed.Inbox folderThe Inbox folder contains received messages. The headersof unread messages are shown in bold.Tap to send a new message.Tap to reply to a message.Tap to send a reply to the sender of a message and tothe recipients in the CC field.Tap to forward a message.Tap to delete a message.Tap to send all unsent messages and receive allnew messages.To search for a message, select E-mail > Tools >Search messages....
