This option is only available if the mailboxtype is POP3.No. of messages to retrieve—Define the number of newmessage headers you want to display in the inbox folder. Ifyou retrieve new headers and the total amount of headersin the inbox folder exceeds this limit, the older headers areremoved. This option is only available if the mailbox typeis IMAP4.Password authentication—Select this option to encrypt thesending of passwords to an e-mail server. This option isonly available if the mailbox type is POP3. This option isautomatically set to Normal if the account type is IMAP4.Security—Specify a security setting for the serverconnection for incoming e-mail messages.Incoming e-mail port—Enter the port number of theincoming e-mail server. Normally you do not have tochange the default value.Outgoing pageSMTP authentication—Select the authentication methodfor the SMTP server. Some SMTP servers require that theuser is authenticated before e-mail can be sent.User name—Enter your user name for the SMTP server. Bydefault, your device displays the user name you haveentered for the incoming server in E-mail account setup 2/4.Password—Enter your password for the SMTP server. Bydefault, your device displays the password you haveentered for the incoming server in E-mail account setup 2/4.Security—Specify a security setting for the serverconnection for outgoing e-mail messages.Outgoing e-mail port—Enter the port number of theoutgoing e-mail server.
