My ownThe Global Positioning SystemThe Global Positioning System (GPS) is operated by thegovernment of the United States, which is solelyresponsible for its accuracy and maintenance. Theaccuracy of location data can be affected by adjustmentsto GPS satellites made by the United States governmentand is subject to change with the United StatesDepartment of Defense civil GPS policy and the FederalRadionavigation Plan. Accuracy can also be affected bypoor satellite geometry. Availability and quality of GPSsignals may be affected by your location, buildings, naturalobstacles, and weather conditions. The GPS receiver shouldonly be used outdoors to allow reception of GPS signals.GPS should only be used as a navigation aid. It should notbe used for precise location measurement and you shouldnever rely solely on location data from the GPS receiver forpositioning or navigation.You may receive a request from a network service toLandmarksPress , and select My own > Landmarks. WithLandmarks, you can save the position information ofspecific locations in your device. You can sort the savedlocations into different categories, such as business, andadd other information, such as addresses, to them. Youcan use your saved landmarks in compatible navigationapplications, such as Navigator in your Nokia N92.To create a new landmark, select Options > Newlandmark. If your device is connected to a compatible GPSreceiver, you can make a positioning request for thecoordinates of your current location. Select Currentposition to retrieve the position information. To enter theposition information manually, select Enter manually.To edit or add information to a saved landmark, forexample, a street address, scroll to a landmark, and press
