Display contacts stored on the SIM card in the contactslistSelect Options > Settings > Contacts to display > SIMmemory.The numbers you save in the contacts list may not beautomatically saved to your SIM card.Copy contacts to the SIM cardGo to a contact, and select Options > Copy > SIM memory.Select the default memory where to save the newcontactsSelect Options > Settings > Default saving memory >Phone memory or SIM memory.Contacts stored in the device memory can contain more thanone phone number and an image.Fixed dialingWith the fixed dialing service, you can restrict calls from yourdevice to certain phone numbers. Not all SIM cards supportthe fixed dialing service. For more information, contact yourservice provider.Select Menu > Contacts and Options > SIM numbers >Fixed dial contacts.When security features that restrict calls are in use (such ascall restriction, closed user group, and fixed dialing), callsmay be possible to the official emergency numberprogrammed into your device. Call restriction and callforwarding cannot be active at the same time.You need your PIN2 code to activate and deactivate fixeddialing or edit your fixed dialing contacts. Contact yourservice provider for your PIN2 code.Select Options and from the following:Activate fixed dialing or Deactivate fixeddialing — Activate or deactivate fixed dialling.New SIM contact — Enter the contact name and phonenumber to which calls are allowed.Add from Contacts — Copy a contact from the contacts listto the fixed dialling list.To send text messages to the SIM contacts while the fixeddialing service is active, you need to add the text messagecentre number to the fixed dialing list.Contact groupsTo open the group list, open the contacts list, and tap .Create contact groupsWith contact groups, you can contact several people with asingle message.Select Menu > Contacts, and open the groups tab.Create a new group1 Select Options > New group.2 Use the default name, or enter a new name, and selectOK.© 2011 Nokia.
