3 Select Options > Format mass memory. Do not formatthe mass memory using PC software because it may causedegraded performance.When the mass memory is reformatted, all data in thememory is permanently deleted. Back up data you want tokeep before formatting the mass memory. You can use NokiaOvi Suite to back up data to a compatible computer. Digitalrights management (DRM) technologies may prevent somebackup data from being restored. For more informationabout DRM used for your content, contact your serviceprovider.Formatting does not guarantee that all confidential datastored in the device mass memory is permanently destroyed.Standard formatting only marks the formatted area asavailable space and deletes the address to find the files again.The recovery of formatted or even overwritten data may stillbe possible with special recovery tools and software.DictionaryYou can translate words from one language to another. Notall languages may be supported.Look up a word to translate1 Select Menu > Applications > Office > Dictionary.2 Enter text in the search field. As you enter text,suggestions of words to translate are displayed.3 Select the word from the list.Select Options and from the following:Listen — Listen to the selected word.History — Find previously translated words from the currentsession.Languages — Change the source or target language,download languages from the internet, or remove alanguage from the dictionary. You cannot remove the Englishlanguage from the dictionary. You can have two additionallanguages installed, besides English.Speech — Edit the voice feature settings.
