The Service is provided on “AS IS” and “ASAVAILABLE” basis. Nokia does not warrant thatthe Service will be uninterrupted or error orvirus-free. No warranty of any kind, eitherexpress or implied, including but not limitedto warranties of title, non-infringement,merchantability, or fitness for a particularpurpose, is made in relation to the availability,accuracy, reliability, information or content ofthe Service. You expressly agree andacknowledge that the use of the Service is atyour sole risk and that you may be exposed tocontent from various sources.Except for liability for death or personal injurycaused by its gross negligence or intentionalmisconduct, Nokia is not liable for any directdamages caused by your use or inability to usethe Service. In no case will Nokia be liable forany indirect, incidental, punitive orconsequential damages resulting from youruse or inability to use the Service.19. IndemnificationYou agree to defend and indemnify Nokia fromand against all third party claims and allliabilities, assessments, losses, costs ordamages resulting from or arising out of (i)your breach of the Terms, (ii) yourinfringement or violation of any intellectualproperty rights, other rights or privacy of athird party, or (iii) misuse of the Service by athird party where the misuse was madepossible by your failure to take reasonablemeasures to protect your username andpassword against misuse.20. Miscellaneous20.1 Choice of LawThe Terms are governed by the laws of Finlandwithout regard to its conflicts of lawprovisions.20.2 ValidityThe Terms neither exclude nor limit any ofyour mandatory rights in your country ofresidence that cannot by law be waived. If aprovision of the Terms is found to be invalid,the remaining provisions will not be affectedand the invalid provision will be replaced witha valid provision that comes closest to theresult and purpose of the Terms. In the eventone or more provisions of these Terms are notrelevant to your use of the Service, it shall notimpact the validity or enforceability of anyother provision of the Terms or the Terms as awhole. If there is any conflict between theseNokia Service Terms and the Privacy Policy, theprovisions of these Nokia Service Termsprevail. The provisions of the Terms that areintended to survive termination of yourregistration remain valid after termination.20.3 Changes in TermsNokia may modify the Terms at any timewithout prior notice. If the Terms are changedin a material, adverse way, Nokia will providea separate notice advising of the change.You are responsible for regularly reviewingthe Terms. Your continued use of the Service
