154.4 HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONWARNING!The hydraulic system creates very highpressure. Before disconnecting anyhydraulic lines ensure all pressure hasbeen bled from the system. Whenchanging the boom hydraulic hoses leavethe booms in TRANSPORT POSITION.IMPORTANT:Component failure due to oilcontamination is not covered under theUC4+ Spray Height Control systemwarranty. It is recommended that aqualified technician does the hydraulicinstallation.Depending on the valve block partnumber, the A and B ports may bereversed. Ensure that the orifices areoriented properly for the A and B portsor the system will not function properly.4.4.1 Valve Mounting1. On a clean surface remove all plasticplugs from the NORAC hydraulic Valve(V01) (Figure 18).44963D44933DFigure 18 – NORAC Valve Block2. Install the orifices (F08) into the "A"ports with the notch facing inward asshown in Figure 19.3. Install the 6MB-6MJ fittings (F05) intothe A and B ports and tighten to 18 ft-lbs.4.
