The listing below will showthe various options and performance levels available on your hot tub.A new GFCI must be used for your Hot Tub installation. Clean tub of all debris.2. Use a garden hose to fill your hot tub through the empty filtercanister (to avoid air pockets during filling) to the appropriatelevel of a minimum 2 inches (5.08cm) over the filter skimmer.3. DO NOT USE WATER THROUGH A WATER SOFTNER.4. Locate the shut-off T-valves. Make sure they are in the up oropen position. (See page 8)5. Check heater and pump unions. Occasionally duringshipping these become loosened. A simple tightening ofthese (if necessary) will do, being careful not to over tighten.(See page 8)6. Once water has reached correct level, turn power on to thehot tub.7. To activate jets and to purge air from the pump, press/push jetbutton located on the top side control. A second press/pushwill put the pump on high speed. Repeat this process untilwater flows from the jets. When the jets are working, set thepump to low speed. (See page 25)8. Some start-up chemicals will be needed; please see yourdealer for recommendations.9. Set the temperature located on the top side control (See page24) to the desired setting. The heater will shut off when thewater temperature reaches the set temperature.10. Place the hot tub cover on tub. Keeping the cover on thehot tub when the tub is not in use will help minimizeoperating costs.11. The time it will take for the water temperature to reach thedesired setting will vary.OPERATING INSTRUCTIONSWhirlpool Diverter Jet(s):Your hot tub is equipped with at least one Whirlpool Diverter jet(2, 3, or 4 position). These jets when turned will divert water todifferent groups of jets. Each position is reached with a 90 degreeturn of the whirlpool jet face. Always turn the collar of thediverter jet clockwise when possible. Remember, turning yourdiverter will affect the flow of water to different seat jets. Adjust tosuit your personal needs.Topside Control Pad:Your hot tub is equipped with an electronic topside control pad. Thetopside control pad wil allow you to control the speed of the pump,the light, and the temperature setting, as well as some programmingoptions. Familiarize yourself with the topside control by viewing theQuick Reference Card (QRC) supplied with your manual.Air Control(s):Your hot tub has at least one air control. This air control allows airto mix with the water that streams out of your jets. Each air controlis responsible for a section of jets or a whirlpool diverter jet. Theair controls are marked “MIN” and “MAX” (minimum andmaximum) in order for the air control to have any effect the jet(s)that it controls must be on and have water flow.Deluxe L.E.D. Lighting System:This L.E.D. Lighting System consists of individual light nodes thatare in coordination with the L.E.D. light housed in the light lenswithin the vessel of the spa. The light varies in color and functionby pressing the light button. To turn on the system simply press thelight button once. To turn it off, repress the light button. To changethe color or light function just press the light button once, press itone more time to shut it off and then after 3-5 seconds press it onemore time.
