Remove the four screws, washers and nuts thatsecure the magnetron to the lamphead base. Remove the magnetron.Check for signs of arcing or burning around the flange. Inspect the gasket around the antenna of the newmagnetron, making sure it is smooth and free of debris.6. Carefully insert the antenna through the hole in the lamphead base.7. Make sure the magnetron gasket is sealed evenly on the flange andsecure the magnetron to the lamphead with the four nuts, washers, andscrews. Tighten the nuts to 1.9 Nm (17-in. lb).8. Secure the two high-voltage ring terminals on each magnetron with thetwo screws.
