If you change a program card,or the iControl 2 PC, or have problems touching screen componentsaccurately, you will have to recalibrate the screen.The touch screen calibration values are stored on the program card. If youinstall a program card that has not been used before, there will be nocalibration file on the card. The system will automatically start thecalibration procedure.NOTE: If you install a program card that was previously used on anotheriControl 2 console, you MUST perform the Calibration with a Mouseprocedure on the following page to calibrate the touch screen.Normal CalibrationYou can calibrate the touch screen at any time. To start a normalcalibration, start the Program Shutdown procedure. When the operatingsystem shutdown prompt appears on the screen, touch the Cancel button,then touch the CAL button.Follow the calibration instructions on the screen exactly, using your finger totouch the targets. When you have completed the calibration procedure,touch the iControl 2 button to start the iControl 2 software.Problems During CalibrationIf you do not follow the calibration instructions exactly: You will not beable to touch the center Completion button and exit the calibrationprocedure. If this happens, stop and wait until the procedure times out. Youshould then be able to repeat the procedure and complete it correctly.When you have completed the calibration procedure, touch the iControl 2button to start the iControl 2 software.If console power is shut off during the calibration procedure: Thecalibration file on the program card will be corrupted. On power up, you willnot be able to touch the CAL button to start the calibration procedure. If thishappens, perform the Calibration with a Mouse procedure.
