The air motor consists of two cylinders (4) containing twospring-return pistons. A modular air preparation system consisting of an airfilter (12), regulator (6), and lubricator (5) conditions the compressed airused to control and operate the air motor. The accumulator (1) stores and releases working air to smooth the flow ofair to the cylinders and help prevent pressure fluctuations (wink) at thespray device. Pump operation is controlled by the roller valves (11), thedouble pilot valve (14), and the air valve (2).Hydraulic SectionThe hydraulic section consists of two separate hydraulic housings (9), asiphon manifold (10), and a solvent chamber (7). Fluid enters the pumpthrough the siphon manifold and exits through the outlet manifold (8). Thesolvent chamber holds solvent chamber fluid, which lubricates the hydraulicplungers and reduces wear on the packings.
