You can download all documentation from theApplication Gateway Administration Tool.Alternate Procedure if Using a Crossover CableIf you prefer to use the Web-based Administration Tool rather than a serialconsole to change the network settings of the Application Gateway,perform the following steps to connect, power up, and configure theApplication Gateway.1 If Application Gateway does not already have 1 GByte of memory, followthe instructions in Appendix A, “Upgrading Memory”.2 Connect the Application Gateway power cord.a. Check that the power cord is the type required in the region where theApplication Gateway is used.Do not modify or use the supplied AC power cord if it is not thecorrect type. Refer to Installation and Configuration guide for yourcall server for a detailed power cord description.b. Attach the female end of the power cord to the AC power receptacleon the left side of the Application Gateway back panel. See Figure 11on page 22. Plug the male end of the AC power cord into the AC powersource (wall outlet).3 Insert the Application Gateway CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
