If you are using a headset and theHandset On-Hook Means Log out(HOML) setting is configured to No bythe administrator, then perform thefollowing:a. Press the Headset key and replacethe handset in the cradle to receivecalls on the headset.b. Tap the Services soft key. Changethe On-hook default path toHeadset Enabled.Note: If the HOML setting is configuredto Yes, replace the handset to log out ofthe queue.
