Type the show aaa command to checkthe authentication rules on the WSS, toensure that the client can beauthenticated.2. Check the authorization rules in theswitch’s local database (show aaa) oron the RADIUS servers to ensure theclient is authorized to join a VLANthat is configured on at least one of theWSS switches in the MobilityDomain.• If the client and switchconfigurations are correct, aVLAN might be disconnected.A client connected to a VLANthat is disconnected is unable toaccess the network.1. Type the show vlan config commandto check the status of each VLAN.2. If a VLAN is disconnected (VLANstate is Down), check the networkcables for the VLAN’s ports.
