Re-start the HMS 400 system, refer to Page 103 (Point 2) of the “HMS 400 Installation Guide(NN42350-301)”Backup and Restore LogsThe logs for the backup and restore transactions are located in C:\HM\BackupRestoring the System from Image DiskThis section describes the steps to restore the HMS 400 from an image CD in the event of harddisk failure.Procedures to restore from an Image Disk are as below:1. Remove the dongle from the USB port.2. Ensure that the Dialogic card(s) are in the server and the lines are connected to the breakoutbox.3. Place Recovery CD-1 into the CD-Rom drive.4.
