81Using the OutboxYou must assign a Directory Number (DN) key the Outbox before you canuse this feature. After you assign a DN key, the IP Phone logs all outgoingcalls from that DN. The system logs the outgoing key number, time, anddate. If the duration of the call is more than two seconds, the systemcaptures the display as it appeared when the call was made.The Outbox can store a maximum of 10 calls. When the maximum isreached, the oldest call is dropped. Calls appear in the list in order in whichthey were made, with the most recent call at the top of the list.The Outbox call display consists of a time or date stamp and a name ornumber. A time stamp appears beside calls you made on the same day onwhich you view the Outbox. A date stamp appears beside calls that weremade prior to the day of viewing. If no name or number was extracted fromthe display of the outgoing call, the numbered dialed appears. Use the upand down navigation keys to scroll through the list.
