Forexample, press the ¤¤¤¤ key twice to goto the first entry that begins with theletter “B”.Copy a number from the Redial ListYou can copy a number from the Redial List to the Personal Directory.To copy a number from the RedialList:1. Use the Navigation Keys to highlightthe name or number in your Redial Listthat you want to copy to your PersonalDirectory./ 2. Press the Copy Key.3. Press the Directory Key when theprompt asks Copy to?.or4. Press Next to copy the incoming callwithout editing the name. Edit thenumber, if required (see note forstep 5), and go to step 6.orPress Clear to make changes to thename before saving. Add the nameusing the dial pad, Delete, and CaseKeys as needed.5. Press the Next Key. Make changes tothe telephone number, if required.Note: If you are copying an external orlong distance number, be sure that yourdirectory entry includes the access codesrequired by your system to make anexternal or long distance call.6.
