The administrator loads the site license using the MCC 3100for Windows Mobile—Administration tool. The sitelicense contains the licenses for the clients. The MCG 3100 does notdistribute the licenses to the clients. When a user accesses the MCC 3100for BlackBerry or MCC 3100 for Nokia application, the client softwarecontacts the MCG 3100.
