September 2007 Quality Monitoring in a Citrix EnvironmentInstallation Guide 115Setting up the Quality Monitoring ClientComplete the following procedures to set up the Nortel Quality MonitoringClient on Citrix:1 Using the instructions in the Installation Guide, install the QualityMonitoring Client application on the machine where Citrix is installed.2 Using the procedures for publishing applications and creating a webinterface for an application, publish the Nortel Quality Monitoring Clientand give it a URL. (These procedures should be included in the Citrixdocumentation.)3 Once the Quality Monitoring Client application is published, launch itthrough its URL.4 Enter the following information for authentication. User name Password Domain5 Click Logon. Citrix presents a list of applications. The Nortel QualityMonitoring Client is in the list.6 Click the Nortel Quality Monitoring Client. The Login page prompts youfor the following information: User name Password Extension7 Enter this information in the appropriate fields, and click Logon. TheNortel Quality Monitoring Client window opens and its functionality isavailable.
