44 Prepare and install the Secure Router 4134 chassisCAUTIONRisk of equipment damageOnly trained personnel can install this product.CAUTIONRisk of equipment damageTo prevent damage from electrostatic discharge, always wearan antistatic wrist strap connected to an ESD jack.Prerequisites• Confirm that your shipment is complete and undamaged.• Ensure you have allotted adequate space in and around the equipmentrack for installation of the Secure Router 4134.• Ensure you have the screws that shipped with the chassis.• Ensure you have a Phillips screwdriver #2.• Ensure the mounting brackets are firmly installed on the chassis.• Ensure you have appropriate antistatic materials.• Nortel recommends that you have two people ready to help lift thechassis into the equipment rack and securing it.• Ensure your installation site meets the physical, electrical, andenvironmental requirements described in “Environmental requirements”(page 50).Procedure stepsStep Action1 Use two people to lift the chassis into available rack space.2 Ensure that the chassis is level, and align the screw holes on thechassis brackets with those on the equipment rack.3 Insert the screws, evenly spacing the mounting screws to holdthe chassis in the frame.--End--Installing the terminal lug on the Secure Router 4134You must properly ground the Secure Router 4134 before you place itin service.
