The five sections are:• General Properties• Directory Options• Features• Keys• AdministrationHeader informationThe header section at the top of the Telephone Details page containsthe following information:• System: Identifies the site, system, and customer number, ifapplicable, where the telephone is connected.• Telephone Type: Identifies your telephone type.• Sync Status: Identifies whether the data on the Telephone Detailspage is synchronized with the telephone system.A Troubleshoot Problems link provides access to the Troubleshootingpage. Your system administrator controls the availability of this link.General PropertiesThis section of the Telephone Details page contains general informationabout the location and configuration of the telephone. This data is usedprimarily for system administration.• Customer Number: The number of the customer associated with thetelephone.• Terminal Number (TN): The address of the telephone.• Designation: An identifier used for system administration.• Location: An identifier used for system administration.• Zone: The IP bandwidth zone of the telephone. The zone is used forsystem administration.• Key Based Modules: The number of Key Based Modules (KBA)configured on the telephone (for M3904 and M3905 telephones).
