Excess pressure couldcause serious injury from escaping high-pressure fluids and/or pump damage. Anyalteration other than turning the adjustmentknob will void your warranty.10. If temporarily interrupting spraying, rotate triggersafety latch downward to the locked position toguard against accidental trigger release.11. Always turn off the engine and activate spray guntrigger to relieve system pressure when: the sprayer is unattended, or disconnecting hoses, installing/cleaningnozzles, or servicing the pump.ShutdownStop the engine using the following steps:WARNING: InjuryNever disconnect the high-pressure hosefrom the pump or spray gun while thesystem is pressurized. Relieve pressure bysqueezing the spray gun trigger after theengine is turned OFF.WARNING: InjuryAlways turn off the engine and relieve systempressure when finished spraying or whenleaving sprayer unattended. Serious injurycould result from unintentional release of high-pressure spray.1. Turn engine OFF.2. Turn water supply OFF.3. Actuate spray gun trigger to relieve system pressure.4. Remove garden hose.5. Remove pressure hose.6. Remove nozzle from spray gun.7. Turn gasoline line valve to the OFF position.8.
