3. Operating Modes Fire Alarm6 AFP-300/AFP-400 Operations PN 50260:C1 05/22/97If the trouble clears (before or after pressing ), the control panelsends a Clear Trouble message to the printer. Figure 5 shows a sample TroubleMessage:Figure 5 Sample Trouble MessageIf all troubles clear and no supervisory or fire conditions exist, the control panel doesthe following:• Returns to Normal mode;• Sends an “All Systems Normal” message to the LCD display, the history file, anoptional LCD-80, an optional printer; and• Restores troubles automatically even if troubles are not acknowledged.Pressing when only troubles exist, gives the same result as pressing. The Alarm Silenced LED does not light unless an alarm existsin the system.If multiple trouble conditions exist in the system, the LCD and optional LCD-80displays automatically step through each trouble event every 3 seconds in the followingorder:1. Alarms, in order of address;2. Supervisory, in order of address; or3. Troubles, in order of address.Press and the display stops on the current trouble event for1 minute.
