From the main Job Accounting window, click Printer to open theprinter tree, then click the printer for which you wish to change theacquisition interval.2. Click Printer → Properties.3. On the Options tab, make any desired changes under AcquireLogs, then click OK.Manually Setting Up Items Reported in the LogTo set up the items to be displayed in, or exported from, a log:1. From the main Job Accounting window, click the printer/group forwhich you wish to set up the log display.2. Click Log → Display/Export Item Settings.3. Click one of the following selections to set the items to bedisplayed and the sequence in which they will be displayed:NOTEThe Server computer must be running continuously, or atleast be running at the scheduled time(s) each day, for thesoftware to acquire the print job information.
