The Group Name appears in the jobmanagement tools Job Log. The account name is defined by your administrator formanaging purposes. Consult the administrator for the account name.Enter a password in the Group Password field. The Group Password appears in thejob management tools Job Log, but it is encrypted. The password is defined by youradministrator for managing purposes. Consult the administrator for the password.When the account name and password you entered match those defined by theadministrator, your job is printed. Otherwise, an error is generated, and your job isplaced in the Printed queue.The administrator or operator can edit the Group Name and Group Password fromthe Command WorkStation/Command WorkStation LE Job Properties dialog boxand Fiery Spooler Override Print Options dialog box. The Group Name appears inthe jobís Notes 2 field in the job management tools Job Log.N OTE : Group Name and Group Password options are not available when printing tothe Direct connection.The information you enter in the Notes 1 field can be viewed by the operator at thejob management tools and also appears in the Job Log.
