The machine is ready to receive Internet Fax messages whenthese settings have been configured. To receive a fax message,the machine will access the server automatically at regular inter-vals according to the POP Interval Time setting.If there is mail, the machine will print it out automatically.This machine only receives TIFF files and text-format mail. Itcannot receive files in other formats (such as Word, Excel, andcertain formats of TIFF files).POP Server Address / Name1. Enter the POP server name or IP Address. When entering theserver’s IP Address, be sure to enter the dots (full-stops)dividing the numbers. Example: 192.168.1.12. You may enter a server name only if a DNS server has beenconfigured.DNS Server’s IP AddressThis setting is not required if the POP server has been specifiedby its IP ADDRESS.
