Failure to change the Centeringposition can result in paper jams.Envelopes: When printing envelopes be sure toadjust the Paper Thickness Lever to include thethickness of the overlapped and glue parts of theenvelope — that is, the maximum thickness. Ifthe Paper Thickness Lever is set for the thinnestpart of the envelope the print density mayfluctuate.Glossy paper: Test paper with a glossy finishthoroughly before using. A glossy surface canabsorb marks from the paper feed roller or fromrubbing. Also, glossy paper may slip causingerratic line spacing.Seal-type cards: Test seal-type cards thoroughlybefore using. This type of card can cause ink totransfer.Labels:Always feed labels from the FRONT — neverfrom the top — labels fed from the top willpeel off, causing paper jams.The adhesive strength of labels can vary — ifthe adhesive is not strong enough labels canpeel off and cause jams.Do not use labels on individual sheets.
