Your fax machine will scan the documents intomemory and begin transmitting the message.Sending a Confidential FaxFax machines are often placed in public places whereeveryone can look through the received faxes. To sendconfidential documents, use the confidential faxfeature. The receiving fax machine will store themessage in a confidential mail box (in memory) andwill not print it until a password is entered.Tip: To send a confidential fax to another OKI faxmachine, you must know in advance the mail box themessage should be sent to. Ask the person who willreceive the fax to tell you their mail box number.
