Click the OKbutton.4. With the Install from Disk window displayed,insert the driver diskette in the drive selected,specify this drive if requested and click OK.5. It con-tains a series of functions that are designed tohelp you during daily use of the printer. It can beviewed by clicking on the specific icon and allowsyou to:• view the printer operating status on your PCscreen during a print job. It indicates theproportion of the document printed andeventual error messages (Status),• perform printer care functions, to maintainoptimum working conditions (Printer Care).Once you have installed the printer software fromthe diskette(s) supplied, you must prepare yourprinter by performing a number Printer Carefunctions contained in the Printer Monitor.8 Installation Guide
