The file structure is aunique format, which in addition to video andaudio data in MXF files contains various otherimportant information items. The folder structurelinks the data as shown on the right.Changing or deleting just one informationcomponent could make it impossible torecognize the data as P2 data or use the cardin a P2 device.Drive: \All these folders are required.This is the file in which the information onthe final clip that was recorded with the P2device is written.When transferring data from a P2 card to a PC, or when rewriting data saved on a PC to a P2 card, toprevent data loss be sure to use the special P2 Viewer software.
