The advantages of using HighMATApplying the HighMAT standard will solve the following problems and will improve usability.- It will create a common user interface for both PC and consumerproducts.- Regardless of the types of consumer products, such as DVDplayers, portable CD players, car stereo, and microcomputers, aconsistent way to play for digital content will be created, and it willmake it easier to retrieve data.28
