78OperationsAnswering device(KX-FP155 only)I cannot retrieve recorded messages froma remote location.l Press the remote operation ID correctlyand firmly (p. 54).Messages in the mailbox do not play back.l The mailbox password is wrong. Erase unnecessarymessages (p. 52, 55, 58).If a power failure occurs!l The unit will not function.l The unit is not designed for makingemergency telephone calls when the powerfails. Alternative arrangements should bemade for access to emergency services.l Fax transmission and reception will beinterrupted.l If the delayed transmission (feature #25 onpage 64) is programmed and the start timeis passed during a power failure,transmission will be attempted soon afterpower is restored.l If any fax documents are stored in thememory, they will be lost.
