General Features192 Features GuideTimed ReminderDescriptionEach telephone can be set to generate an alarm tone at a preset time as a wake up tone orreminder. This feature can be programmed to be active once only or daily. A voice messagecan be recorded for this feature.Conditions• Be sure that the system clock works.• Setting a new time clears the preset time.• The alarm continues for a programmed period of time (default: 30 seconds). To stop it, liftthe handset or, with a proprietary telephone, press any button.• If a voice message is used, when the user goes off-hook during the alarm, a pre-recordedvoice message is sent. The message feature requires the optional DISA Card and themessage is recorded by the operator or manager. If the message is not activated, the userhears special dial tone.• There is no limit for the number of the extensions who can set the Timed Reminder at thesame time.• Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) automatically records the detailed TimedReminder information (date, time, extension number, start/no answer).
