Useful Information44Noise is heard during a call. L You are using the handset or base unit in an areawith high electrical interference. Place the handsetand base unit away from interference sources, suchas antennas and mobile phones.The handset stops working whilebeing used.L Disconnect the AC adaptor and turn off thehandset. Connect the AC adaptor, turn on thehandset and try again.Pressing B does not display/dialthe last number dialled.L The redialled number was more than 24 digits long.Redial the number manually.Mute does not turn off after the lineis connected.L Press {C/T}.The handset beeps intermittentlyand/or 3 flashes.L Fully charge the batteries (page 12).I fully charged the batteries, but3 still flashes.L Clean the charge contacts and charge again (page12).L It is time to replace the batteries (page 11).Caller information is not displayed. L You must subscribe to Caller ID service.L Your unit is connected to a telephone line withADSL service. We recommend connecting a filter(contact your ADSL service provider) to thetelephone line between the base unit and thetelephone line socket.L Caller has withheld information.While viewing caller information,the display returns to standbymode.L Do not pause for over 1 minute while searching.I cannot register a handset to abase unit.L The maximum number of base units (4) are alreadyregistered to the handset.
