You can add 50 names andphone numbers to the sharedphonebook, and assign eachphonebook entry to the desired group.Important:L Only 1 person can access the sharedphonebook at a time.L Call Display subscribers can usegroup ringer tone features (page 32).Adding entries1 {C} i {ADD}2 Enter the party’s name (16characters max.). i {OK}3 Enter the party’s phone number (24digits max.). i {OK}4 {V}/{^}: Select the desired group.i {SELECT} 2 timesL To add other entries, repeat fromstep 2.5 {OFF}Character table for entering namesWhile entering characters, you canswitch between uppercase andlowercase by pressing {*} (A→a).L To enter another character that islocated on the same dial key, firstpress {>} to move the cursor to thenext space.L If you do not press any dial key within5 seconds after entering a character,the character is fixed and the cursormoves to the next space.Correcting a mistakePress {<} or {>} to move the cursor tothe character or number you want toerase, then press {CLEAR}. Enter theappropriate character or number.L Press and hold {CLEAR} to erase allcharacters or numbers.GroupsGroups can help you find entries in thephonebook quickly and easily. Whenadding an entry to the phonebook, youcan assign it to one of 9 groups.
