The monitored handset(placed in a baby’s room, for example) willautomatically call the monitoring handset orthe phone number stored when it detectssound.Important:R You should perform a test run of the babymonitor procedure to ensure that the babymonitor feature is set correctly. Forexample, test its sensitivity. Check theconnection if you are diverting the babymonitor to an outside line.R This feature should not be used as asubstitute for a medical or caregiver’ssupervision.
