Select System Back Up and Schedule Backup.3. Check the desired data to backup as scheduled.4. Click ?. The Save dialogue box appears.5. Navigate to the folder where to wish to save the system backup file.6. Click OK, then click Next.7. Check either All Mailboxes or select the mailboxes you wish to backup, then click Next to select mailboxes for MailboxMessages.8. Check either All Mailboxes or select the mailboxes you wish to backup, then click Next to set the other parameters.9. Set the parameters.1. Enter a description for the backup file (max. 32 characters).2. Overwrite: Select "Yes" or "No" to determine whether old backup files will be overwritten by new ones.3.
