If the beeper(pager) has a display, it is possible to send it a callback number. The callback number can be recordedwhen a caller leaves a message. If the caller does not leave a callback number, the System CallbackNo., or the caller's number if it is received through a telephone company's Caller ID service, will besent instead.Conditions• To utilise this feature, follow the procedure below.1. Open KX-TVM Maintenance Console. Click Mailbox Setting, select a mailbox to edit, andclick Edit Mailbox…. In Notification Parameter, make one selection from the availableoptions in "Beeper Callback No. Entry Mode".2. In Notification Parameters, edit "Notification Schedule": click Click to edit..., then enter thebeeper (pager) number under "Dial Number" (make sure to enter the connected PBX's TrunkAccess number before the beeper number for dialling outward, then, enter an X after thebeeper number. — the X is for the caller to enter his or her number as the callback numberwhich will appear on your beeper later.).
