The call will be rejected, and the handset will returnto standby mode.Rejecting calls from specific numbersCalls from specific numbers can be automaticallyrejected. This feature can be enabled through Web userinterface programming. For details, contact youradministrator or dealer.NoteThe rejecting call is not available if the CS isconnected to a KX-NS1000 PBX.Caller IDIf an outside call that contains Caller ID information (acaller’s name and telephone number) is received, thisinformation will be logged in the incoming call log anddisplayed on the handset.If a call from a number matching a number entered inthe phonebook is received, the name registered in thephonebook for that number will be displayed along withthe number.[Example]If caller information is sent by the phone system andthere is also information stored in the phonebook for thesame number, you can choose which information willbe displayed on the handset. Caller information sent bythe phone system is displayed by default.
