82VQT1C63Advanced-Viewing[COPY]Copying the picture dataYou can copy recorded picture data fromthe built-in memory to a card or vice versa.1 Press e/r to select the copydestination and then press[MENU/SET].• :All the picture data in the built-in memoryare copied onto the card at one time.(Perform step 3)• :One picture at a time is copied from thecard to the built-in memory.(Perform step 2)2 Press w/q to select the pictureand then press r.(Only when is selected)3 Press e to select [YES] and thenpress [MENU/SET].(The illustration shows the screen whenpictures are copied from the built-inmemory to a card.)• The message [COPY THIS PICTURE TOBUILT-IN MEMORY?] appears when youcopy picture from the card to the built-inmemory.• If you press [MENU/SET] while copyingpictures from the built-in memory to thecard, the copying will stop halfway.• Do not turn the camera off or do anyother operations before copying isfi nished. The data on the built-in memoryor the card may be damaged or lost.4 Press [MENU/SET] several timesto close the menu.• If you copy picture data from thebuilt-in memory to a card, the screenautomatically returns to the playbackscreen when all the pictures are copied.• If you copy picture data from the built-inmemory to a card which does not havesuffi cient free space, the picture data willonly be copied halfway. We recommendusing a card which has more free spacethan the built-in memory (about 27 MB).• You cannot copy an image fi le if there isalready a fi le in the destination that hasthe same name (same fi le and foldernumbers).• It may take time to copy the picture data.• Only pictures recorded with a Panasonicdigital camera (LUMIX) will be copied.(Even if the pictures were recorded witha Panasonic digital camera, you may notbe able to copy them if they were editedwith a PC.)• DPOF settings on the original picturedata will not be copied.
