Record mode19LSQT1008Blank search functionSearches for the last part of the image recorded(unused part of the tape). After the search isfinished, the blank search function is cancelledand the camera is put into recording pause.≥Set to Tape Recording Mode.1 Press the joystick to display the icon duringthe recording pause. Move the joystickdown until icon 1 appears.2 Move the joystick right to select the blanksearch icon [ ].3 When the confirmation message appears,select [YES] and press the centre of thejoystick.ª Stopping blank search midwaythroughMove the joystick down to select the [∫] icon.≥If the cassette tape has no blank part, then thecamera will stop at the end of the tape.≥The camera stops at a point approx. 1 secondbefore the end of the last image recorded.When you start recording at that point, theimage can be recorded seamlessly from the lastimage.Recording a still picture on a tape(Photoshot)Still pictures can be recorded from the moviecamera lens.≥Set to Tape Recording Mode.1 Press the [PHOTO SHOT] button in therecording pause mode.≥The movie camera records a still picture forabout 7 seconds and then switches back tothe recording pause mode.≥If you set [ADVANCED] >> [SHTR EFFECT] >>[ON], you can add image and a sound likereleasing the shutter.≥Photoshot recording results in slightly inferiorimage quality.ª Continuous photoshotIf you set [ADVANCED] >> [SHTR EFFECT] >>[ON] and keep the [PHOTO SHOT] buttonpressed, the movie camera will continuouslyrecord still pictures in approx. 0.7 secondsintervals until the button is released.≥The screen blinks and, at the same time, ashutter clicking sound is recorded.1PHOTOSHOTLSQT1008ENG.book 19 ページ２００６年１月１８日水曜日午前１０時４分
