(Dependingon the file, it may not be able to be played backeven if it is in ASF format.)Folder Configuration when the Card is usedwith a PC≥When a Card with data recorded on it is insertedinto a personal computer, folders will bedisplayed as in the figure.SD Memory Card:MultiMediaCard:[100CDPFP]: The images (IMGA0001.JPG,etc.) in this folder are recorded inthe JPEG format.[MISC]: Files in which DPOF Data hasbeen set to the image can befound here.[TITLE]: This contains the data of thepreset titles (PRE00001.TTL)and original titles(USR00001.TTL, etc.).[PRL001]: MPEG4 moving picture isrecorded in ASF format(MOL001.ASF etc.). It can beplayed back with Windows MediaPlayer (ver.6.4 and later).Because of its small size, this Fileis well suited for transmitting datathrough telephone lines etc.. Toplay back moving pictures withWindows Media Player, select afile and double click. Necessarysoftware is automaticallydownloaded and starts playingback. (Internet connection isrequired.) To play back with MacOS, Windows Media Player forMacintosh is required.≥[DCIM], [IM01CDPF], [PRIVATE], [VTF],[SD_VIDEO], etc. are necessary items in thefolder structure. They have nothing to do withactual operations.≥In the Card Recording Mode, the Movie Cameraautomatically saves file numbers(IMGA0001.JPG, etc.) along with the images.The file numbers are recorded with each imageas a consecutive number.≥When using the software without indicationfunction, indication data, such as date, are notdisplayed. Depending on the software in use,the date and the time may not be displayedcorrectly.≥The memory capacity indicated on the SDMemory Card label corresponds to the totalamount of the capacity to protect and managethe copyright and of the capacity available as aconventional memory for a Movie Camera,Personal Computer or others.Capacity that can be used as conventionalmemory:8MB Card: about 6,800,000 bytesThe supplied SD Memory Card contains Presettitle so the actual capacity may be smaller.≥When you play back MPEG4 moving picturefiles (ASF format) recorded for 3 or moreminutes with this Movie Camera on WindowsMedia Player, these files may be stopped. Inthis case, click [Windows Media Update] on theinstallation screen or [WMP9QFEInst.exe] in[WMP9QFE] folder on the CD-ROM and followthe messages to update Windows MediaPlayer. (This update is effective when you playback these files with Windows Media Player andthe playback is stopped about 3 or 4 minuteslater.)
