6Limited WarrantyPanasonic Consumer Electronics Company or PanasonicSales Company (collectively referred to as “The warrantor”) willrepair or replace this product with new or refurbished equivalentproduct, free of charge, in the U.S.A. or Puerto Rico from thedate of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials orworkmanship as follows:For one (1) year—Radio, Clock Radio, Radio with TapePlayer or Recorder, SpeakerFor ten (10) days—Batteries—(when applicable)—New re-chargeable batteries in exchange for defective rechargeablebatteries.
