(☞ step 4 on page 30)• “ ” will flash on the Display Windowwhen the thermal transfer film has run out.2 Push down the printer open leverand open the printer door.3 Install the thermal transfer film.1 Set the thermal transfer film, with theblue gear in front, on the right.2 Insert the blue shaft into the front left hole.3 Place the blue gear on the front rightgroove.4 Place the white shaft on both sides ofthe back grooves.4 Tighten the film, then close theprinter door.1 Rotate the blue gear in the direction ofthe arrow to take up the slack on thefilm.• If there is some slack, the thermal transferfilm will wrinkle, and blank (unprinted)spots or lines will appear on the copypaper.2 Securely close the printer door until aclick is heard.• “ ” flashing on the DisplayWindow will go out.Notice• If “ ” is still flashing after closingthe printer door, make sure that thethermal transfer film has been installedproperly and tightened.• The printer door should be closed to makecopies properly.
