You will also hear an alert,depending on the message sound setting; for further details,see ‘5.Profiles > 2.Message Alert’To read the new message(s) immediately, press the [View]Soft key. The list of messages appears.Managing memoryInbox and Outbox share a given amount of memory on a SIMcard. When the message memory is full, the full messageicon ( ) appears. In this case, you cannot receive anynew message. You must delete one or more old messagesto free memory for new messages using the [Delete] optionwithin the Inbox or Outbox or the [Delete All] option whichdeletes the All list.- Write New: Writes a new SMS or EMS.- Inbox: Displays the received messages as well as the one savedin the SIM memory. ‘10’ in [10/20] represents the numberof unread messages, whereas ‘20’ represents the numberof saved messages.To clear the new message notification on the display, press the [End]key.
