Check the cable and connections. Ensure the unit is configuredproperly. Verify IP address andcommunication port usage. Reset the unit.Device Failappears on theSystem and TestStatus screen underSelf-Test results.The unit detects an internalhardware failure. Reset the unit. Contact your servicerepresentative.No power, or theLEDs are not lit.The power cord is notsecurely plugged into thewall receptacle or into therear panel connection.Check that the power cord issecurely attached at both ends.The wall receptacle has nopower. Check the wall receptacle powerby plugging in some equipmentthat is known to be working. Check the power switch on theunit’s rear panel. Check the circuit breaker. Verify that your site is not on anenergy management program.Power supply has failed. Replace power supply.An LED is not lit. LED is out. Run the Lamp test.
